What is the difference between a website and a portal?

A website is for everyone. A portal is the part behind a login, where each customer sees their own data and arranges things. It can belong to your current website, at an address of its own such as my.yourcompany.com.

Can the portal use the data from our current system?

Yes. We link it to your CRM, ERP or accounting software, so orders, customers and invoices come from the place where they already are.

How secure is a customer portal?

Every user has their own account, passwords are never stored readably, two-step login is possible and important actions are logged. We keep the software and the server up to date.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many portals start with one task, such as invoices or the status of orders, and grow with what your customers ask for.

What does a customer portal cost?

We do not work with fixed packages. After a short conversation you get a proposal with scope, planning and price, so you know exactly where you stand.
