Do visitors need an account to ask?

No. They ask through a short form. Name and phone are optional, and on the site they can stay anonymous.

Who answers the questions?

Your own experts, staff or volunteers. You give each of them what they may do: answer, send an answer for review, publish, or manage the forum.

Can we check answers before they go online?

Yes. An answer can go through a review before it is published, and only the people you choose may publish.

Can two experts work on the same question?

Not at the same time. While one expert works on a question it is locked for the others, so nobody overwrites anyone. The lock ends by itself when they stop.

Is our visitors' data safe?

Attachments are stored privately and only your experts can open them; the documents of an answer become public when it is published. Nothing is deleted by itself, and on request you remove one question or everything from one email address.

Does it work on our website?

The Q&A forum is a WordPress plugin. It speaks Dutch, English and Turkish, and on a multilingual site a question is asked once and shows in every language.
