Microsoft 365, set up and managed for you.

Email, calendars, Teams and files in one place, but only when it is set up properly. We set up Microsoft 365, move your mail to it and manage it afterwards: new colleagues, licences, shared mailboxes and security, without you having to find your way around the admin centre.

  • One partner for setup, management and support
  • Licences that match your team
  • Two-step login and security settings for everyone
  • Mail, calendars and files on every device

What we take care of.

Microsoft 365 set up: domain verified, mailboxes created, current mail moved and devices connected

Setup and move

Your domain linked, mailboxes created and your current mail moved over.

A new colleague's account ready and a leaver's account closed with the mail kept

Joiners and leavers

Accounts for new colleagues, and accounts of those who leave closed properly with their mail kept.

The licence per person, Standard or Basic, with no unused licences left

Licences

The right licence per person, so you do not pay for more than you use.

A meeting room calendar, a shared info@ mailbox and a shared team calendar

Shared mailboxes and calendars

An info@, a shared calendar or a meeting room, set up for the people who need it.

A sign-in approval on a phone and security for everyone: two-step login, phishing protection, safe defaults

Security

Two-step login, safe default settings and protection against phishing, for everyone.

A call to software is good and what was sorted that day: a password reset, a full mailbox, a new phone

Help when you need it

A forgotten password, a full mailbox or a new phone: you call us, we sort it out.

Frequently asked questions.

Is your question not here? Just ask, and you will get a clear answer.

Do we need Microsoft 365 for business email?

Not always. For a small team that mainly sends and receives email, mail on your hosting is often enough. Microsoft 365 is worth it when you share calendars and files, work in Teams or need more control over security. We advise what fits.

Can you take over our current Microsoft 365?

Yes. We review the users, licences and security settings, clean up what is no longer needed and manage it from then on.

Which licence do we need?

That depends on what each person uses. Many people need only email and the web apps, others the full desktop apps. We look at it per person, so nobody pays for what they do not use.

What happens to the mail of someone who leaves?

We close the account properly and keep the mail, for example as a shared mailbox or forwarded to a colleague, so nothing gets lost.

Is two-step login really needed?

Yes. Most account takeovers start with a stolen password, and two-step login stops nearly all of them. We set it up so it is easy for your team to use.

Goes well with this.
