02

You send us what is missing: the policy plan, the board, the figures. We help with the wording.

03

Publish

One clear page on your site with its own address, in your house style, with the documents to download.

Every year

Before the deadline we ask for the new figures and the activities report, and update the page.

Frequently asked questions.

Is your question not here? Just ask, and you will get a clear answer.

What does an ANBI have to publish?

Its name, RSIN or tax number, contact details, objective, the main lines of its policy plan, the names and roles of its board members, its remuneration policy, a report of its activities and a financial statement.

When does it have to be online?

The financial statement within six months after the end of your financial year: by 1 July when your financial year is the calendar year.

Do we have to use the standard form?

Larger ANBIs do: a fundraising ANBI with more than €50,000 in income, and any other ANBI with more than €100,000 in expenses in the year. Smaller ANBIs may use it too.

What happens if our data is not online?

After a check, the Belastingdienst can withdraw the ANBI status, and with it the tax benefits for you and your donors.

Can the ANBI page go on our current website?

Yes. We can put your ANBI page in order on the site you have, or build it into a new one.

Is the check really free?

Yes. You get the list of what is missing or out of date, and you decide what happens next.

Goes well with this.
